Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Boldextrusion Ventures GmbH, Herlingsburg 16, 22529 Hamburg, email: info@boldextrusion.com) . ) inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods / compensation for lost value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

That means:

• You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store.

• In case of use beyond this (e.g., heavy wear and tear, soiling, damage), we may demand compensation for the value .

( This is the only legally permissible wording. Anything stricter would be subject to legal action. )

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. special sizes, personalized products),

• Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
