Cancellations & Returns
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Boldextrusion Ventures GmbH, Herlingsburg 16, 22529 Hamburg, E-Mail: info@boldextrusion.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal was received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods -- whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

Costs of Return
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods / Compensation for Loss of Value
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
This means:
- You may examine the goods as you would in a retail store.
- In case of use beyond this (e.g., heavy wear, soiling, damage), we may demand compensation for loss of value.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., special dimensions, personalized products),
- Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
