Warranty conditions

This voluntary manufacturer's warranty is granted by:

1. Warranty Period

We grant a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for the stool we manufacture.
This warranty is in addition to statutory warranty rights and does not restrict them.

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal, proper use.

In particular, it includes:

  • manufacturing-related material defects

  • production or design flaws

  • unusual deformations or cracks not caused by misuse or overloading

3. Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • improper use
    (e.g., use as a step, jumping, climbing aid, lateral leverage)

  • overloading beyond maximum capacity

  • heat, flames, high temperatures, strong UV exposure

  • weather influences or permanent outdoor use

  • falls, accidents, or mechanical force

  • improper cleaning
    (solvents, alcohol, aggressive cleaners, abrasives)

  • normal wear and tear

4. Making a Warranty Claim

Please include:

  1. proof of purchase

  2. description of the defect

  3. photos/videos of the affected product

We will review the claim and get back to you promptly with the next steps.

5. Warranty Services

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will decide at our sole discretion on:

  • repair of the product, or

  • replacement with a new or equivalent product, or

  • reimbursement of the purchase price (possibly pro rata if already used)

Further claims such as damages or loss of use are excluded.

6. Statutory Rights

This warranty is a voluntary additional service.
Your statutory warranty rights according to §§ 437 ff. BGB (24 months) remain unaffected.
