Most furniture purchases are based on hope. You see a photo, read a description, and hope it feels as promised. We don't sell on hope — that's why we have our "Bold Promise."
How it works
Choose your Flow Chair, decide on a color, and order as usual through our shop. Shipping within Germany is free. For deliveries abroad, the shipping costs displayed in the shop apply.
Set it up. Sit on it. Work, read, concentrate — for 30 days, just as you always do. One day isn't enough. A weekend isn't enough. Thirty days is.
We assume you'll keep it. But if not: a short message to us is enough, and we'll arrange the pickup. Free within Germany, uncomplicated, no questions asked.
For returns from abroad, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Why we are so sure
The Flow Chair was not designed in a week. It is the result of numerous iterations, real tests, and targeted material studies — developed by a team in Hamburg who sit on it daily themselves. We know this chair inside and out, and we know what it can do.
That's why we can offer the Bold Promise. Not because returns don't matter to us — we produce every chair to order, and a return is never a small matter. But because we are convinced that 30 days on the Flow Chair will answer every question that a product photo leaves open.
What happens to returned chairs?
No returned Flow Chair ends up in the trash. Every returned item is inspected and refurbished by Bold Objects in Hamburg. Chairs in perfect condition are resold at a reduced price as second-chance items. Damaged chairs are melted down and recycled as PETG — returning to the cycle from which they came.
Who is the Bold Promise for?
The Bold Promise applies to all Flow Chair variations — all four colors, every order, with no minimum order value. You don't need to apply for anything or register anything. It applies automatically to every purchase.
Free delivery and return shipping apply exclusively within Germany. Customers outside Germany can, of course, also test the Flow Chair for 30 days, but they bear the shipping costs.
The chair must be returned in its original packaging and in an undamaged condition — normal signs of use after 30 days are, of course, not a problem.
Frequently asked questions about the Bold Promise
No. If the Flow Chair doesn't suit you, a short message is enough. We don't ask why.
Within Germany: Boldobjects. Shipping to you is free, returns are free. Outside Germany: Shipping and return shipping are at your expense.
The Bold Promise applies to one item per household. If you are unsure which color suits you, write to us — we will be happy to help you.
Our goal is to extend the Bold Promise to all Bold Objects products as new furniture is added to the collection. Currently, it applies to the Flow Chair.
Contact us immediately. Shipping damage is not covered by the Bold Promise — we will take care of it separately and quickly.
Yes. The Flow Chair can also be ordered outside Germany. The 30-day test promise applies everywhere, but free shipping only within Germany.
